Balance Sheet
The balance sheet shows the financial position at a specific date.

Creating a Balance Sheet
- Go to Accounting > Reports > Balance Sheet
- Select the reporting date
- The balance sheet is calculated
Interpretation
- Total Assets = Total Liabilities + Equity
- Difference between assets and liabilities = Equity
- Profit/Loss flows into equity
Income Statement
The income statement shows revenue and expenses for a period.

Creating an Income Statement
- Go to Accounting > Reports > Income Statement
- Select the period (from/to)
- The report is calculated

- Gross Revenue: Revenue from main activity
- Operating Result (EBIT): Earnings before interest and taxes
- Net Profit/Loss: Final result

Creating an Export
- Go to Accounting > Export
- Select:
- Export format
- Time period
- Data to export (journal, accounts, etc.)
- Click Export
- Download the file
Abacus Export
The Abacus export contains:
- Journal entries in Abacus format
- Chart of accounts mapping
- VAT codes
ASR Export
The ASR export (Audit Standard Report) is a standardized format for audits and contains:
- Complete booking history
- Account balances
- Audit trail
Import
Importing Bookings
- Go to Accounting > Import
- Select the format (ASR)
- Upload the file
- Review the preview
- Confirm the import
