- Recording company and contact data
- Linking with projects
- Automatic transfer to invoices

Creating a Client
Step by Step
- Navigate to Clients
- Click on New Client
- Fill in the form:

- Click Save
Tips
- Complete Address: For correct invoices, you should capture the address completely
- Email Address: Required for automatic invoice sending
- Notes: Use these for important client information (e.g., payment terms)
Editing Clients
- Click on the client name in the list
- Make your changes
- Click Save
Searching Clients
Use the search field at the top of the clients page:
- Search by name
- Search by email
- Search by city
Client Projects
On the client detail page, you see all linked projects:
- Active projects
- Completed projects
- Total revenue per client
Deleting Clients
⚠️ Warning: Deleting a client also deletes all linked projects, time entries, and invoices.
- Open the client details
- Click on Delete
- Confirm the deletion

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I import clients?
Currently no import is available. You can create clients manually.
How do I see all invoices for a client?
Open the client and scroll to the "Projects" section. There you see all invoices per project.
Can I assign multiple email addresses to a client?
Currently one email address per client is supported. For multiple contacts, use the notes field.
